To get started, visit the link above to set up a log in. You can also create an account through our Sahm's Hospitality Group smartphone application. After submitting, you will receive a verification email. Click the activation button and you're good to go! Update: accounts must now be verified before accessing.

It's likely that you already have an account with us under an old email address. Contact loyalty@waterlooicehouse.com to have your email updated.

You'll be prompted to sign into your account when ordering online. If dining in, provide your email or phone number to your server when settling your bill. We can also scan our phone app. Points may take up to 24 hours to process.

Every dollar spent equals 1 reward point. Points are calculated from pre-tax subtotals.  You will unlock different tiers of rewards as you continue earning.

Once payment is processed, there is no way to enter receipts into your account. Fear not, we can help! Email loyalty@waterlooicehouse.com with the location you visited, date of your visit, and check number and we will adjust your balance.

We highly recommend checking out our app to see what it has to offer, but you can earn points and redeem rewards as long as you've created an account. Your account information is accessible from any of our online ordering pages.
